General requirements are:
- To be well mannered and polite
- To have a decent DotA experience (except for graphic moderator)
- To have clean server and forum accounts (little to no warns)
- To speak (write) english on a decent level
General Advantages:
- Admin access on Lagabuse.com bots
- Access to respective private sections of the forum
- Beeing able to reset/swap stats on request
- Ability to change username
