*Download [http://www.ocxdump.com/download-ocx-files_new.php/ocxfiles/M/MSCOMCTL.OCX/6.01.9782/download.html MSCOMCTL.OCX"]
*Put that file in your Windows System folder.  You should know which folder this is on any computer you use.  The default is C:\Windows\System for Win9x/WinME and C:\Windows\System32 for WinNT/2K/XP.
