Cheaters:

Game ruiners:
- Players which ruined your Warcraft III ladder game can be reported in the "Other hack reports" board
- Players which ruined your DotA game should be reported in the ban request section of the respective league ((for example, LagAbuse))
Flamers:
- Player who flamed you in a Warcraft III ladder game or via whisper can be reported in the "Bad manners" board
- Flamers in DotA and other games hosted by bots should be reported on bot owner's website (for example, LagAbuse)
